| production method | 1. suspend 1.299g of palladium dichloride in 2-3mL of hot water, and add 2mL of acetylacetone neutralized with 1: 3KOH. Brown precipitates are slowly generated and then converted to yellow. Continue to add 1mL of neutralized acetylacetone. Collect yellow precipitates and dry at 60~70 ℃. It was recrystallized in benzene to give yellow needle-like crystals of Pd(acac)2 in 76% yields. 2. Take 4mL of NaOH solution with a concentration of 5mol/L, and add a mixed solution consisting of 2.5mL of acetylacetone and 10mL of Na2[PdCl4] solution with a concentration of 0.5mol/L under stirring. The reaction produces a yellow precipitate, which is filtered and sequentially washed with a small amount of water, methanol and ether. Dissolve the yellow powder in dichloromethane and filter to remove a small amount of insoluble matter. The filtrate was volatilized at room temperature to remove the solvent, and 1.37g orange-red crystals were obtained with 90% yield. The yield of this method is better than that of method 1 using PdCl2 as raw material. |
